Because of the current COVID-19 crisis we take extra measures in regards to wrapping and shipping the parcels. In store we take care that the products are not touched by customers if not necessary. Al parcels are packed by 1 person only. While wrapping the items we use plastic gloves and disinfected scissors and tape.
The Netherlands: under €25 euro, over €25 free of charge.
Belgium + Germany: €7 (1-10 kilos), €35 (10-25 kilos)
Rest of Europe: €17.50 (1-10 kilo), €50 (10-25 kilos)
Rest of the World: €25 (1-10 kilos)
If you order something, you with to receive it as soon as possible. We do our best to deliver the order to your home as soon as possible. In principle, all products in the webshop are in stock and are dispatched within 3 working days. Shipping is via Postnl and is usually delivered in the Netherlands the day after shipping.
As soon as the package has been offered at Post NL, you will receive a track and trace code and a link to the track and trace page. When shipping with PostNL, your package will be sent with “Signature For receipt”. If you are not at home when the postman offers the package to you. Do you not want your package to be delivered to your neighbors when you are not at home? Then choose the option "do not deliver to neighbors". PostNL will try again the next day except Sunday.
If your package cannot be delivered for the second time, PostNL will notify you at which nearest post office you can collect the package.
From the Netherlands.
We reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by us within 5 working days after the goods have arrived back at the shop.
We use the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
How to do it?
Write us an email within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to return your purchase. We will respond within 3 days. Then ship the goods yourself via Post NL. Once the parcel has arrived we will refund your the purchase price+ shipping costs.
From anywhere else in the world
We do not refund shippings costs form any location outside The Netherlands. We do however let you know once the returned items have arrived back in store and will refund you the purchase amount within 5 working days.
