All of the non painted oak furniture by Skagerak is made of the finest untreated oak. A treatment is advised, this can be done via Skagerak ( extra costs, 6 weeks delivery time) or you can do it yourself. We recommend the Skagerak white soap which can also be ordered online.
Skagerak is Danish design company with roots deeply grounded in Scandinavian design and tradition for good craftsmanship. it is owned by Jesper and Vibeke Panduro, who live with their two children in the Northern harbour city of Aalborg. This is where Skagerak was founded too, back in 1976, when the first dreams of making long-lasting design took form.
